What Are You Seeing?
- Standing water in the bottom of the tub after a cycle
- Water that drains slowly or only partly
- The cycle stops early or shows an error code
- Gurgling or humming at the end of the cycle
- Water backing up into the sink
- Water leaking onto the floor during a cycle
Before We Arrive
- Note when the problem started and whether the sink also drains slowly.
- Have the brand, model number and any error code available if easy to find. They are not required to book.
- Take a photo or short video of the standing water or a leak, if you can do so safely.
- If water is leaking onto the floor, stop running cycles until the visit.
- Clear the area under the sink and a path to the dishwasher, and mention any tight cabinetry when you book.
- Do not remove panels or pull the dishwasher out of its cabinet. Leave that to the technician.
