What Are You Seeing?
- The oven does not heat at all
- The oven heats slowly or does not reach the set temperature
- Uneven cooking or hot and cold spots
- One burner or the entire cooktop does not work
- The oven shuts off before the cycle ends
- An error code or blinking display
Before We Arrive
- Tell us whether the appliance is gas or electric, and whether it is a range, a separate cooktop or a wall oven.
- Note when the problem started and whether it affects the oven, the burners or both.
- Have the brand, model number and any error code available if easy to find. They are not required to book.
- For a double oven, tell us which cavity is affected.
- Clear a path to the appliance and mention stairs or tight access when you book.
- Do not remove panels or pull the appliance away from the wall. Leave that to the technician.
- If you smell gas, leave the home and call your gas utility or emergency services before contacting us.
